ABOUT ME
Bridget K. Caletka LPC-S LMHC
I am a licensed mental health counselor with more than 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate mood, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and complex personal challenges. I focus on helping people understand what is contributing to their current challenges and identify clear, practical ways to move forward. I aim to create a space that is both thoughtful and direct, where insight translates into real, sustainable change.
In addition to my clinical work, I partner with organizations – particularly in high-risk, high-performance industries – on the role mental health plays in focus, decision-making, and safety. This includes advising leaders, delivering workforce education, and providing guidance and support during periods of increased stress, or following critical incidents.
Whether working one-on-one or at the workforce level, the goal is always to help people function at their best when it matters most.
The same factors that affect our lives at home – stress, loss, burnout, and distraction – also show up at work. In environments where safety, precision, and leadership matter, those factors can have real consequences.
This work extends into organizations to help leaders and teams better understand, recognize, and respond to these challenges in practical, meaningful ways.
